Tae Bo Ripped Extreme Giveaway
If there is one exercise I have enjoyed in the past it’s kickboxing. I remember when Billy Blanks had the 8 minute version and I would do that like 3 times a day. The
DVD VHS tape I used to do all the time was Aerobox DVD when Kathy Smith first introduced it.
Tae Bo Ripped Extreme is a non-stop kickbox aerobics followed by dumbbell weight-training. You’ll burn fat with the cardio, then sculpt your body with the muscle toning. The first segment is classic Tae Bo — from punches and kicks to “speed bags” and “skip kicks.” Billy’s mix of high reps and smooth transitions makes it both easy to learn and effective. The second segment mixes traditional toning exercises with Tae Bo-style body-sculpting (e.g. controlled punches holding a dumbbell). This section also features a fast pace and lots of reps. The workout ends with an “extreme” series of cardio bursts (high-intensity moves like jumping jacks). DVD includes a 14-minute Tae Bo tutorial. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. I was honored to receive the kick ass DVD for review. Boy did it ever kick my butt. The first week I had many perodic stops to catch my breathe. With my knees being so bad there were some moves I couldn’t do but I kept moving anyway. Then there were some that I had to modify. It’s been a few weeks since I got it and I can finally make it through the whole thing with really really really heaving breathing. I honestly think my husband thought he needed to call 911 because it was really a workout.
Collage Video is going to give one lucky reader their own copy of Billy Blanks Tae Bo Ripped Extreme. You really will enjoy this. This giveaway is for US residents only. Ends 10/18. Good Luck.
