Healthy Living Monday
<— This says it all for me. Boy the week go by so quickly. I have done fairly well this week. I didn’t get to the gym BUT I did manage to work out in some way. I either did my Wii Fit or walked with my son since it was so nice. I would love to drop about 25lbs like tomorrow so I can do biking with my hubby and son. Why is it that I have an extra 100lbs but the bike seat always hurts. With that much cushion I shouldn’t have a problem.
I did stay the same this week weight wise but I am okay with that. I know I did the best I could do. Have you all check out Pete Cohen’s new program? I am trying it out. I haven’t had a lot of time to really read through it but keep checking back here to see what I think of it. I am sure it will be excellent.
It’s supposed to be another great week here in Iowa so I do hope to get out and do more walking with my son. I am still waiting for my new Earth Footwear that I won last week to come.. EEEE I am super excited. I desperately need a new pair of shoes. I think I have talked my brother into also joining me at the gym a night or two a week. I do better about going if I have someone to go with. I don’t like letting them down. I wish I could find someone.
This week my goals will be as follows:
- Eat out less
- Track food
- Drink more water
One way I could get more exercise at home would be with the EAsports Active. I do have the one but I would love their more workouts. Not sure that one is the one we win but I will try for it. If I do win the regular one which I have, I will do a giveaway for it or have Leah give it away. But I really want to the more workouts.
