I’m A Handbag Whore: #HolidayGiftGuide Recommendations
I totally admit it. I am a handbag whore. I secretly hide handbags in my closet from my husband. What he doesn't know won't hurt him right? Of course I want one of every type of handbag out there but some are just way to big for me. So I put together my own personal handbag holiday gift guide of handbags I would love hubby to consider for Christmas.
Coach
I bought my first Coach handbag while on our mini vacation to the Wisconsin Dells. Man did I fall in love with that store. 45 min and one brother dragging me and my sister in-law out, I managed to narrow my choice down but it was hard. Purple is my favorite color so this Coach bag was a no brainer when I saw it on Amazon. I love how the C's on the purse make a little flower design and a great color for winter.
Prada
So my hubby is in Italy right now and made the comment that when they were walking around the city centere they saw all these high name fashion stores. My comment after hitting my palm to forehand was "Milan is the fashion capitol of the world hunny" his response was "oh". Now when he said he walked by a Prada shop I about went into convulsions. I told him to bring me back a handbag to his response was "how about a bottle of wine?" So Prada will now go on my wish list.
Kate Spade
A few jobs ago some co-workers would always talk about Kate Spade handbags. I guess they bought a couple knock-offs which looked okay but I am so not a knock-off kinda gal. I want the real deal if I am going to be sporting something with the name. Kate Spade makes some really unique patterns for her bags which makes her stand out even more. I love this handbag with the fur on it. Perfect for winter.
Dooney & Bourke
Oh my, this name takes me back to high school. I remember when they were like the "IT" bag to get. If you didn't get one with the big DB all over the bag then you got the wrong one. Well that has faded, the DB part, but they still are one of the "IT" bags to get. I just love this satchel looking bag. It's stylish yet sophisticated. There are so many Dooney & Bourke's to love.
