Happy Healthy Monday
Sorry this will be short and sweet.
Suprised hubby for his b-day with a weekend trip to Chicago. Had a great time wish we would have stayed longer. Next time I will book the flight myself instead of having Priceline do it but it worked out.
Going into the trip I have now lost 17lbs. I thought I was closer to 20 but I will take it. I will have to work really hard this week to try to lose the lbs I am sure I gained eating in Chicago. I have been bringing my lunch which has helped a lot. SInce we are now broke will be eating in all week too. LOL
Hope you all have a good week and good luck to all the Mom’s can’t wait to see who is picked. Here is a great receipe.

Thanks for sharing the recipe. I don’t think I have every tried cooking with coffee. I have only used it in baking… mainly with chocolate.
I imagine if you gained anything while vacationing, it was probably mostly water weight. You’ll be able to lose that in no time! 🙂 I’m so impressed with your weight loss! Keep up the great work!
