I am not a cook by any stretch of the word. I have no patience for cooking and I hate the clean up after. The main problem is I never make a good meal when I cook but I get the huge mess.  Eco-Foil solves my problem. Just cook, reuse, recycle.  I for the most part recycle them because I usually burn something, and well, I don’t like a mess.

My Thoughts

Well I do love an easy clean up and that is just what I got.  I had my Mom over for dinner and we used an Eco-foil pan to cook our yummy prime rib in.  I didn’t have to worry about burning something in a pan that would take me days to soak and scrub. So I grabbed the 18 inch Eco-foil pan and off I went. I shoved it in the oven easy cooking. Now remember when I said I wasn’t a good cook? Yeah, well the meat turned out a bit overcooked. Come to find out we didn’t need to cook it for quite so long.  I need cooking lessons. What I did enjoy was taking my 100% recyclable Eco-foil pan and throwing it into my green recycle bin.  Had I not had burned stuff in the bottom I would have rewashed it.

These pans are so sturdy they could have gone through my oven a dozen more time. I still have one pan I haven’t used but that would require company to be over and for me to cook for them. Yeah, again I don’t cook and I would not subject my friends to any of that.  Maybe I will make a really big cake. I can add water to a box mix. How hard can that be?!?
