Irish Soda Bread Recipe #NewFoodFriday
2 Days until St. Patrick’s Day and what would the day be without some Irish soda bread? I do love some great bread and this looks like an easy to make recipe.
Irish Soda Bread
Ingredients:
4 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup buttermilk
