Memorial Day is approaching and grillers will shine in true fashion. Let’s hope the weather is nice where you are. Here is a great healthy grilled chicken sandwich that is sure to please. Now for me, I would replace the avocado with something like green peppers or cucumbers. Hope you enjoy this recipe.
Chicken Summer Sandwich
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
1 large Vidalia onions, sliced into rings
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 slices provolone cheese
