Happy Healthy Monday

Well not sure how healthy it is after all I ate over this Thanksgiving holiday. Ugh. But moving on and doing the best I can by Christmas. I did lose a pound last week, before turkey day, so not sure what Wed this week will bring me. Need to really get working out these next two days.  These are the days I am thankful for my Wii EAS Active and the Wii Fit!

My goals this week is to get in 30 min a day of exercise at least, 1 full hour would be fantastic if I can swing it. I am thinking about getting the Walk at Home DVD’s have you all tried them?? With winter coming I don’t get to the gym when it snows and I would like no excuses even though I have my EAS Active I like choices.

Well here is your recipe enjoy it.

  1. Active kept me busy through the whole winter, but when it comes to DVDs I feel lame machine in front of TV – I am not sure why. Enjoyed the Holiday? Great on putting the plan together. XOXO

  3. Netflix is another option for you! They have a whole library of work out dvds.

  4. Great job on the loss! I LOVE my wii fit and EAS Active as well – especially when the weather is gloomy. Plus it’s fun when I get my boys to do it with me 🙂

AS for DVDs – I like Leslie Sansone. Plus, my Library often has videos I can check out for a few weeks. I like that option becuase I don’t have to invest in a DVD I may or may not like. I think I have fitness ADHD because I prefer to change up my routine OFTEN!

    Good luck this week!
