Happy Healthy Monday

Happy Monday Mamavation ladies. This week I have been trying to get back into the swing of things. Leah told me to eat 2 apples a day. I did that for a few days and then forgot. I did at least get 1 in per day. Going to try again this week. However, I will be leaving for Chicago on Wed and get back late Sat night. We will be kidless too! Can’t wait.  I am going to try to eat sensable while I am there and I will be tons of walking. Yeah!! Have my Earth Footwear ready to go!

Flatout Bread? I think I have said it before how much I have loved their prodcuts. I have been eating them for years. I make wraps and pizza and even wrap chips.  I even did a review for their crisps. They were kind enough to send me some and boy they were awesome. Great healthy food for the entire family.

Hope you all have a great week.  Here is a great recipe that would be good for breakfast.  Try using Flatout bread instead.
