Happy Healthy Monday

Hope everyone has had a great week. I am slowly getting back on the eating healthy bandwagon. It’s such a process right?

The house process is killing me. We had an open house yesterday and we had 2 people come through. I was highly disappointed. I know it only takes one! I added St. Joseph in the house to bring me a buyer! I am so ready for this process to be over for sure. I don’t know how those people who flip houses do it.

Anyone reading a good book? I really need to get back to my reading but I have packed most of my books. LOL I am thinking of visitng the library to see what I can get. Janet Evanovich is my favorite. I do have one of hers out that I should finish. It’s been so long since I have picked up that book I am not sure what the heck is going on with it anymore.

Well I best get to work. Here is a recipe to enjoy! Have a great week.

  1. I love to read too. I will have to check out Janet Evanovich. That looks like a yummy salad. Good Luck with selling the house…I know it can be stressful.

  2. I’m currently reading a book by former FBI profiler Robert Depue called Between Good and Evil. It’s interesting if you like criminal related books 🙂

Have a great week and good luck with the house!
