How to Increase Your Energy
Who wouldn’t like to increase their energy?
I am a busy Mom and I have no time for power naps of any kind. I work full time so the time I get at night is important to spend with my son.
So I have gone out and looked for different way to increase my energy and not feel so tired and run down. Here are a few do’s I found:
- Exercise– while you may be thinking “I don’t even have the engery to start how can I gain more?” Once you start exercising those endorphins kick in and give you so much energy.Water– Make sure to get your daily allotment in each day.
Here are some dont’s
- Sugar– Avoid sugar. It may give you a rush at first, you will crash hard once it wears off.
- Processed Foods– You don’t know what chemicals are in those foods that may effect your energy levels.

Yoga and meditation can also be a great way to relieve stress and gain more energy. I have yet to master either of these but I do try to meditate when I get too stressed. I find that it clears my mind and I am able to process things better and focus on the tasks at hand.
