Biggest Loser


I have gotten my hands on a copy of The Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start Book. I have not personally used this book but looking through it, there seems to be tons of good information.  You get recipes, workouts, pictures of how to do the workout, and tips from contestants.

I am an avid watcher of the biggest loser. In this book it looks like they talk about the biggest loser protein. I have tried some of their protein powder. I think it is pretty good. It’s made by Designer Whey. If you are interested in trying some Biggest Loser Protein some can be found here.

I have several of the Biggest Loser books. This one is the best by far. It includes the diet, exercise program, and tips, plus recipes. I lost 5 lbs. the first week. Thanks Biggest Losers.

I am currently at the end of my first week. All my life I have gone up and down 10-20 pounds-so I certainly can lose weight if need be. Following this plan has given me a new heathier eating plan. I already have the exercise part down-just need to work on frequency.

I do agree with the negative reviews regarding buying something and only using it once, however I look at this more as ideas for meal planning. For example I have had the same breakfast twice using up two english muffins. I also subbed an english muffin for a bun for a turkey burger, and used one for a turkey sandwich so I don’t have 5 different bread products. I also sub fruits (apple/pear/grape-pretty much the same) based on what I have on hand and what’s in season.

I am a busy ft working mom, and have managed to plan ahead (I put all my meals in a spreadsheet) with a lot of prep work being done at once and haven’t had issues. Most of the evening meals my family eats what the BL menu right along with me, might add a starch for them, so far they love it. All the variety of the meals should make this program last me more than just a month.

  10. My fave contestant this season has been Sam. He is so adorable and so sweet and he has such a competitive edge. He is so good to the women on the black team too. And he never forgets to root for Koli though Koli is on the blue team.
