Happy Healthy Monday
Good monday morning!! Well I am happy to report that this past month and a half I have lost 9lbs. How I have no idea. I haven’t exercised and my food has been hit and miss. I have started taking NutraBlast which doesn’t make me hungry at times. I started taking it first thing in the morning to get me going since I am a terrible breakfast eater. It’s all natural and it’s chuck full of all kinda of good stuff. So with that I hope to continue my losing streak and it’s supposed to give me more engery, I am waiting. TOday I do feel much better now I have meds for this cold. Tonight before dinner I plan on doing my Wii when I get home for exercise.
I am super jealous some of the Mamavation Mom’s got to run with Jared as part of the Commit to Fit Campagin he is doing. I love Subway, which I am getting for lunch today btw, and his commitment to stay fit and healthy.
Okay here is a good recipe for you to try. If you have tried any that I have posted in the past please let me know.
