Upgrading your bedroom, reducing screen time before bed, and limiting your caffeine intake can all make a big difference to the quality of your sleep.

Take alcohol and tobacco, for example, both of which are among the more common habits that people wish they could give up. It’s normally only once a person gives these things up that they realize just how much they were holding them back from reaching their potential.

If there’s one thing that we should all probably do more often, it’s spoil ourselves. There are many people out there who give a lot of themselves away to their jobs, friends, family, and so forth, yet don’t take the time to practice some self-care. There’s no reason to feel guilty about treating yourself to something nice! The occasional massage, beauty treatment, or indulgent day on the couch is sometimes just what we all need.

Alas, many of us don’t take the time to get to know new people, not once we’re deep into adulthood. But we should. New people can open our eyes to new ways of being that we had not considered before.
