Good morning everyone.
First I want to say to all my Mamavation friends that I am so sorry I have not been around in quite some time. I needed a bit of a break from Twitter/computer. I am so out of touch with all of you I haven’t a clue as to what has been going on. Am I still even welcome?!? LOL
As for my weight loss it’s been slim to none. I don’t think I have gained. I haven’t stepped on the scale in MONTHS. I really don’t want to face it but I know I should. I need to work on a plan to get this weight off. I kinda feel helpless because my knees are so bad that it hurts to even walk. So not sure how I am supposed to exercise. I know if I just change the way I eat that will have a big impact itself.
I move in 19 days! Movers are set. Home inspection done and half the house packed. I am ready to be moved. I now just need to get my house sold so I don’t have 2 mortgages very long! If I can sell it by August I am in great shape.

Cooking Time: 12 mins
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, divided
1 large egg
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 packets (1 oz. each) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® CHOCO BAKE® Pre-Melted Unsweetened Chocolate Flavor
COMBINE flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, 1 cup sugar and egg in large mixer bowl; beat until creamy. Add corn syrup and CHOCO BAKE; beat well. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in remaining sugar to coat. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE for 12 to 15 minutes or until sides are set and centers are still slightly soft. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
