Happy Healthy Monday

Whew is it still even Monday?!? Such a busy day at work and another busy weekend. Still getting the house ready. All the painting is now done and more things are packed. Who has 10 boxes of books?? I do. Oy All unread too. Maybe at the new house I will have time to read them.

I didn’t step on the scale this week but again I am sure it isn’t good. Still haven’t taken my lunch to work. I havent been to the grocery store in a couple weeks. I will take leftovers tomorrow I think.   I hope you all have had a super healthy week.

Berry Smoothie

A berry, berry yummy drink for smoothie lovers!

Ingredients

1 cup Strawberry Kiwi Flavor NESTLÉ® JUICY JUICE® All Natural 100% Juice
1 packet Strawberry Sensation Flavor CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink
1/2 to 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions

PLACE Juicy Juice, Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials, berries and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
