This month I started anew like many I know. Trying to make 2013 my year I finally lose this weight. Got myself a person that will hopefully lead me and keep me on the right path. It’s been 3 weeks and yes I have fallen but have gotten right back up. On thing that is important when I am trying to eat healthy is I have things I can just grab and go. I am not a cook nor will I ever be. I am not a morning person, nor will I ever be. So when I had the chance to try FitPro Lite protein shakes I jumped at the chance. My Review

Well when I asked my person what kind of protein drinks could I have he gave me this very low, never thought I would find one number.  This shake is the closest I have been able to find. It was a bit over the numbers so I just didn’t drink the entire shake. One good thing about FitPro is I can save the rest for later.

The shake is better cold and I do like the chocolate over the vanilla but both are something I would have in the fridge. One thing you have to do with these is shake them very very well. The first one I had was a bit lumpy towards the end of it but the second time I tried it I really shook it hard and it was perfect.

If you are someone that is looking for more protein then just 26 grams, they make the big man size with a whopping 40 grams of protein in it. With that you might not be hungry all morning.
