I was honored to received their Magnesium lotion and bath flakes. They say magnesium helps with cronic pain, fatigue, and insomnia. I can tell you I need help with 2 of those three.
Now I have been using this lotion on my knees for the past 3 week. I have noticed that in the past week and a half my knees have felt a bit better. We have also used the lotion on my sons feet.
