Happy Healthy Monday

Well this week I forgot to WI so I don’t know if I lost or not. I do feel good about how I managed food. I managed to still take my lunch everyday, which is going to get old if I don’t change it up, and we ate at home most of the week. I am doing more walking on this job then I did at my other which is good. I still need to work in exercise but I guess they say food is a majority of it.

This week I will continure to focus on food. This week might be a bit emotional for me as I make some touch decisions so I hope to not turn to food. My blogging internship is going fantastic. If you love TV catch me over at Family TV Addicts.

Well enough about me here is the recipe you can for. Enjoy

  1. Getting into a great routine of taking your lunch & cooking is a good way to ease into your new job. There’s certainly no reason to put too much extra pressure on yourself until you’ve mastered this new habit. Way to go Karla!!
