Quick and Easy Dinner Idea- White Chicken Chili {New Food Friday}
I love chili and I love quick and easy meals. This one also seems a bit healthier using the chicken instead of ground beef. With winter in full effect I love soups so if I can find healthier versions I am all over it. I found this on Allrecipes.com.
White Chicken Chili

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken

If you try this recipe please come back and let me know if you like it or made a variation of it.
