Pick one thing like eating more fruit and do that for a set time. Then another like not eating candy after every meal. You will be surprised how much of a difference these small things can make over time.
Exercising is another life change that people can struggle with. We all know that to be healthy, we need to get some exercise into our routine. But actually getting out there and working out is sometimes easier said than done.
Again the key here is starting small. You don’t need to go from sitting on the couch all day to doing marathons.
