Have a look below at some of the must-see attractions when you visit New York City:

The Met Fifth Avenue

At the Met, you will find over two millions pieces of art spanning across five thousands years of history. This is the most popular museum through the whole of New York. Its popularity stems from having art pieces from eras such as the Medieval and Egyptians times as this draws in thousands of visitors from around the world. You’re bound to uncover your own favourite sections if you do visit.

Sightseeing Landmarks Cruise

One of the interesting things that you can do in New York is taking a sightseeing cruise. You can see things such as the famous Statue of Liberty, the United Nations, One World Trade Centre and the Empire State Building on a ninety-minute cruise which can be a brilliant way of seeing a lot of ground when your only visiting for a short amount of time. Not to mention the fantastic photo opportunities.

Theatre

No trip to New York is complete without a trip to one of its many theatres. World-famous for its show-stopping broadway shows, it would be a shame not to spend an evening in one of New York theatres. So, why not book yourself some dear Evan Hansen tickets for your visit.

Central Park

Central Park is one of the many world-famous locations to see while you’re in New York. It’s stunning and beautiful to walk through, or even cycle through. There are 843 acres of trees, meadows, gardens, playing fields, nature paths and arches so a lot of ground to cover. There are some brilliant photo opportunities and around the year there is different activities and daily events like an ice rink in the winter

Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum

Have you even been to America if you haven’t seen or done something to do with space?

The 25,000-ton aircraft carrier was deployed during World War II and the Cold War and has now been permanently docked in the Hudson and been transformed into a museum. Inside you’ll find different aircraft that served in World War II, Vietnam and other battles as well as relics of the space program such as the test shuttle Enterprise. You even have the chance to climb aboard the submarine Growler.

These are just a few of the must-see parts of New York, do you have any others that should be included on this list? Please share them in the comments section below.
