Since I am 63 I can’t totally keep up with the 30 somethings but they say to create your own style. The whole idea is to move around a lot. My biggest problem with it is that I carry the music in my head constantly it seems, but can’t fault them for that! The time does go very quickly and it is a fun way to do it.
