Happy Healthy Monday
Hello Mamavation Sistahs. Hope you all had a great week. This week was better for me in logging food. I missed the last few days which I may go back an log what I had. I have a pretty good memory. The weekends are always hard for me. I eat bad, don’t drink all my water, and forget to log my food. I did however had one thing I did this week that I would have never done, I had a horrible meal and logged it. There is was in black and white saying “okay so you ate bad, move on” and that is what I did. This week I will continue to do the same. I am happy the TV season is coming to an end so I am not so glued to the thing and will MOVE on a night.
I am excited that Subway is our sponsor this week. I eat there at least once a week if not twice. I normally get turkey double meat, no cheese, no sauce, with vinegar and lots of veg. I think Subway rocks! I can’t wait for my son to like sandwiches do he can enjoy this healthy fast food.
Congrats to Rachel and Kim, you guys rock. I am sad to see this campaign end. Boy it went so quickly. I hope you guys will keep going. You inspire me to never give up and know someday I will get there. Thank you for being brave and sharing this journey with us.

I am horrible at logging food. Now if someone can add about 15 hours to my day then maybe I could…. okay scratch that still probably would not.

yeah I stink at logging food, I have tried and tried to get in the habit it last about a day and a half. Great job moving past the sticky spots and allowing yourself a moment of weakness then picking yourself up and vowing to do better. Any you will do better.
I have somewhat fallen off the wagon with my Mamavation posts. Not because I haven’t been working at losing weight, but more so because I was having trouble keeping up with reading everyone’s posts. I still enjoy coming to read yours though!
I have been working hard at logging my food too – but it’s not easy. I forget, but more often I regret what I ate and have a hard time owning up to it. Your post has given me some inspiration though. It’s true, we have to eat that “bad” meal and move on. 😀
I’m trying a different program now, so I will be blogging about my journey soon. Keep your chin up and keep working at it. Remember it took us time to gain the weight, so it will take time to lose it too.
