Grilled Halibut Recipe {New Food Friday}
So fish is supposed to be one of the healthier foods you can eat. For some reason I just can’t bring myself to eat any kind of fish. Maybe when I was younger I had bad fish or maybe because my Mom didn’t like it I decided I didn’t like it. If you are a fish lover or looking to try it, this looks like a great recipe. You can make this meal in 30 min! Now that is a quick healthy dinner idea!
Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
4 (6 ounce) fillets halibut
1 lime, cut into wedges
salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
