Allergies and Fatigue Can Ruin Your Summer Fun
Oh how I hate allergies and I don’t even have them. My poor husband has them and I feel so miserable for him when they get really bad. I am not an work outside type of person so my husband has to do all the work. So every time he comes in the sneezing, eyes itching, and runny nose begins. We have tried many different things and some work and some don’t.
Did you know?
Over 60 million Americans suffer from allergies and the number is growing. Allergies are the 6th leading cause of chronic disease in the United States, costing the health care system $18 billion annually
Here are some common symptoms of allergies:
•Fatigue
•Frequent headaches
•Sneezing, post nasal drainage or itching of the nose
•Frequent “colds”
•Recurrent or chronic sinus infections
•Recurrent yeast infections, jock itch or athlete’s foot

My husband has at least 5 of these. Thankfully not more. I didn’t know allergies caused this many symptoms.
Now for me I have what I would consider chronic fatigue. I am tired every day, all day long.
