Mornings are such a rush for me everyday. I am always grabbing a quick healthy breakfast and a HUGE cup of coffee. Without coffee in my life I honestly don't think I could function.  Coffee is the best on Saturday and Sunday mornings were I can sit down and enjoy a cup while reading a good book.

Sogno Coffee does the job. Sogno roasts only the finest Arabica beans in our one of a kind, custom-built roaster. The product is unrivaled: the aroma, the body, and that very first sip… it's like un sogno, a dream. They blend four different types of coffee so you shouldn't have a problem finding one just for you.

Songo recommends keeping all coffee in a air tight container. Do not put in a plastic bag as it will lose it flavor (I did not know that).  You should use the coffee within 2 weeks.

I was thrilled to receive some Sogno coffee, Nuvola and Cielo to review.

My Thoughts

Anyone that knows me knows how excited I get with coffee. I am such a addict not really for the caffeine, because I can drink a pot and go to be, but I just love the taste and smell of coffee. On this 80 degree day, I still find time for a great cup of joe. While in the summer my coffee drinking slows or turns to iced coffee, I still enjoy it.

When the package arrived it was flat as a pancake. They have vaccumed sealed it so well to maintain it's freshness I was very impressed. I choose the ground version but you can select whole bean if you choose to ground it yourself. My grinder burnt out and I have yet to replace it. I opend the package of Cielo first. WOW, the aroma was outstanding. It was different than other coffee I have had so I was super excited to try it.  It didn't let me down, the aroma was outstanding while it brewed and the flavor was even better than the smell. This was a medium roast so it wasn't too strong/bitter but yet just right.

Of course when that cup was gone I had to jump righ to the Nuvola and for sure that didn't let me down either. For a decaf coffee it was pretty darn good. I generally drink leaded coffee but I aways have decaf for my company that may come over.  If your a coffee lover like I am, you won't be dissappointed in Sogno.
