Here is a little about Zone Perfect: Through the years, we’ve stayed true to our nutrition-based heritage. But today, we also depend on our creative approach to nutrition to help us discover unique flavor combinations that are as rich in nutrients as they are in flavors. And so far, we’ve introduced over 20 delicious, nutritious varieties.

Keeping in the spirit of creativity, in 2009 we launched our live.create. tour to celebrate the discovery of creative talent and our partnership with the VH1 Save The Music Foundation. To date, we’ve donated over $300,000 that’ll be used to help keep music programs alive in public schools across the nation.

I was thrilled to get the chance to try two of the Zone Perfect flavors, Cashew Pretzel and Trail Mix.  I am the grab and go type of breakfast eater so these were prefect for me. I paired them with my fruit of the day and that tied me over until lunch.

The cashew pretzel was my favorite of the two. Just the right mix of sweet and salty. It kinda reminded me of a peanut cluster but in a chewy bar form. My son loved these. I think I only got maybe 3 out of the case I received.

The trail mix bars were good but I did find them on the dryer side. Still it had the right mixture of sweet and salty that I liked. My husband really enjoyed these bars too.

Both of these bars are 200 calories and pack a good protein punch with 10 grams in each bar.  With the holiday season approaching these would make a great stocking stuffer for any health nut in your family. Heck I might even get them for my son he loved them so much.
