Sugar is not only full of calories, but it can also damage your teeth and also cause havoc with your energy levels and moods. It is best to keep your sugar intake down to a minimum. It is very easy to do so. One of the best ways is to stop drinking fizzy drinks and processed foods. There is usually a high level of hidden sugar in these.

You can also increase the amount of fruit and vegetables you eat by snacking on them throughout the day.

 

Drink More Water

 

Water is the healthiest drink you can have, and it is virtually calorie free! Not only is it good for your brain and helps you to focus and concentrate on tasks, but it is also extremely useful for many bodily functions. Drinking water helps us stay hydrated and ready for action. You can, of course, rehydrate with juices and hot beverages, but water is the purest way of getting more liquid into our system.
