Sharon Cramer is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and avid competitive equestrian. She is also the author of, soon to be released, Marlo and the Monster, and is working on a new young adult series called The Cerulean Star. She lives in Spokane, Wash.

The Sneezy Wheezy Day is out just in time for the cold and flu season. What makes this book great is that it’s written by a nurse that knows a thing or two about illness. It’s also more than just getting a cold but the special bond between brother and sister.  Sharon’s next installment in this series will be, I’m Just Like you that addresses intolerance.

My Thoughts

Reading to my son at night is very important to me. I love reading and having my mind whisked away to another land. I want that for my son too. When I was asked to be included in this blog tour I knew I couldn’t pass this up.

When the book arrived my son said “Is it for me?” This time I could say yes. I let him open the package and he was so excited and wanted to read it right way. I managed to make him wait until bed time.

We snuggled tight into bed and cracked open the book. Cooper felt bad for the cub because she was sick. What was great about this book is that it shows kids that you can be there for your sibling when they need you. The Sneezy Wheezy Day is all about a brother and sister cub and the brotherly love that shines. The brother cub comes down with a bad cold and sister cub makes it a mission to try to find a cure. When it comes down to it all he really needed was her sister.

This book is so heart warming and teaches a great lesson in life, to support the ones you love and do what you can to help.
