Intro To Babywearing {Feb 25, 2012}
This just in!! For all you natural parenting Mom’s out there in the Des Moines area, here is an event you might want to attend.
Little Padded Seats is hosting an Intro to Babywearing class for FREE! Class will start at 9:15am and last approximately ½ hour with an additional ¼ hour allotted for Q&A or adjusting carriers to best fit both baby and wearer.

As a full-time career oriented mother of one, I love all things travel. I was in the hospitality business for 15 years and loved it. So why not become a travel agent. I just started "wearing" my baby–she is my third. I'm an overweight momma and there just isn't a lot of options for us:( The ring slings were just coming into the mainstream when I had my second baby and the moby was heard of but not readily available. I am now a Moby momma. I love it. We only have one local store that does anything of this sort. I wish there were more "natural parenting" concept stoes out there.
Wow emily is a wealth of info and must have 100s of snigls to try on. Slings are pricey so it was good to try first. I borrowed a lovely wrap and have now bought a similar one and can’t wait for it to arrive. Thanks soooo much for this very valuable service.
