Good morning everyone.

First I want to say to all my Mamavation friends that I am so sorry I have not been around in quite some time. I needed a bit of a break from Twitter/computer. I am so out of touch with all of you I haven’t a clue as to what has been going on. Am I still even welcome?!? LOL

As for my weight loss it’s been slim to none. I don’t think I have gained. I haven’t stepped on the scale in MONTHS. I really don’t want to face it but I know I should.  I need to work on a plan to get this weight off. I kinda feel helpless because my knees are so bad that it hurts to even walk. So not sure how I am supposed to exercise.  I know if I just change the way I eat that will have a big impact itself.

I move in 19 days! Movers are set. Home inspection done and half the house packed. I am ready to be moved. I now just need to get my house sold so I don’t have 2 mortgages very long! If I can sell it by August I am in great shape.

Well I better get some work done. Enjoy your week and here is a recipe to try!

Glad to see you. Hope all is well with you and your family. I can imagine you are all a bit crazy right now with the move coming up. As far as your knees… playing in water is going to be least impact as you workout – do you have access to a pool with water aerobics? Get on that healthy plan ASAP once the move is over… for now at least be sure to drink the H2O. Don’t be a stranger, you are always welcome to check-in with the Mamavation ladies.
