Happy Healthy Monday

ApplesHappy Mamavation Monday sistahs. Hope you all had a good week. I now have a cold that is kicking my butt. I actually fell asleep on the couch while my son, 2, was watching a movie. I am surprised the house is still standing. Grant you it was for only like 20 min but he could have done a lot of damage.

This week I have held my own with weight loss. I didn’t gain nor did I lose anything either. A friend and I are doing Sparkpeople again but this time we are leaving our logs open for anyone to see. So my challenge for all the sistahs that use spark, check up on me and make sure I have logged my food. If I haven’t please shout at me on twitter.

Opensky is our sponsor of the week. I have never heard of them but am excited to check out what they are all about. better then amazon? I am an amazon freak too.  From just glancing on the site looks like they have lots to choose from. Thanks for being a sponsor on mamavation.

I hope you all have a super healthy week and that I can kick this cold. Enjoy the recipe.

  1. So sorry to hear your sick!

I’m trying to decide if I’ll use Spark People to track food/exercise or if I’ll stick to doing it on Bookieboo.
