I guess the new rule in the family is if you get a new house, you host Christmas. So lucky me. If you have kept up with my blog you know I am trying to find new ways to improve my carbon footprint. Epicurean will be the cutting board of choice when it comes to Christmas dinner.

I was thrilled to get the opportunity to review this amazing product.  I received the 12X9 Kitchen Series cutting board, nutmeg color. This board is eco-friendly, dishwasher safe, and is greenguard certified. The nutmeg color is made from 50% corrugated cardboard (post consumer waste). This board is great quality and heavy. It will withstand any knife mark and up to 350 degrees.

Epicurean has several different types of cutting boards to choose from. I personally would love to try the BBQ Series for our summer time cookouts.

My thoughts

These cutting boards rock! They are heavy can take quite a bit of a beating from a knife. They wash up really easy and I love that they are eco-friendly.  These are the types of boards that I don’t see lasting only a year. I have a feeling in 10 years I will still have this board. I can see myself getting several items in their collections to add to mine.
