Before today, I haven’t tried any of the Enjoy Life Foods products. Their products are specially made to be gluten-free and free of the 8 most common allergens. Their goal is to make delicious products that just about everyone can EAT FREELY. They promise they’ll make you smile inside out!

For our friends in Canada, their products are also free of the 10 most common allergens (including sesame and sulfites).

I was honored to get to review their double chocolate crunch granola and semi-sweet chocolate mega chunks for baking. Now those that know me know I don’t bake. So I ripped open the bag and just popped these in my mouth. Wow what a fantastic taste for a healthy chocolate. I did save some for some cookies I am planning on trying or maybe some chocolate covered strawberries.

I am not a huge fan of eating granola just out of the package but I love it in things.  I have been putting the chocolate granola into my yogurt in the morning and it’s is ubber fantastic. It give it that extra something to make it stand out. Over at Enjoy Life Foods website there are some fantastic recipes.  I think I am going to try to use some of my granola to make some Granola Bon-Bons.
