Arctic Zero Review

The first thing that over eaters do when they have an emotionally intense day is turn to food. Most overweight people are really food addicts. I consider myself one. Food is my friend. It doesn't talk back and the sense of happiness is immediate when I eat something that is wonderful. Giving that up is hard. Arctic Zero is a wonderful for these situations.

My Review

Wow I was stunned at all the yummy ice cream that arrived. While I haven't eaten all of them yet, way too many, I have enjoyed a few of the flavors. My favorite has been the mint chocolate cookie. It's hard to believe this yummy ice cream is only 150 calories for the whole pint. I am not a huge ice cream person so the nice thing is this one pint will last me a while. The coffee is my second favorite. I am such a huge coffee lover that this was heaven.

My husband really enjoyed the cookies and cream while my son really loved the strawberry. Now the only one I am not sure will get eaten in my house will be the pumpkin spice. None of us like pumpkin really in any form so I might have to find a friend to enjoy this one.

  2. Ice cream with only 150 calories in the whole pint is aweosme.  No guilt only good taste and good vibes!
