While I maybe just 39 I have been told I have an old soul. To my 4 year old, I am an ancient and possibly close to dying. Gotta love the things kids say.  The 80's is what I really grew up loving and these days those movies and shows are being called classics. To me a good classic show is Gulliver's Travels or the Little Princess with Shirley Temple. Now those are some great classic shows.

My Review

I was so thrilled to receive the Timeless Classic 50 Movie Set for review. Now I will say some of these I have never even heard of. They were a bit before my time and I don't recall my parents watching them. However shows like Farewell to Arms and Oliver Twist are a few of the shows I do remember.  While most shows are black and white I really enjoyed these shows. Even my husband watched some of them which was shocking. I guess I learned a bit about him and his liking of classic shows.

This set would make a great gift or a great addition to your movie and DVD collection. You know anyone will have a good laugh at Charlie Chaplin or Bob Hope's expense and it goes on for 62 hours!
